Acceptable Use Policy

This policy sets the ground rules for using Lightspace. It applies to every account and every credit spent.

1. Prohibited Content

• Illegal activity, including sanctions evasion or facilitating travel for trafficking or exploitation
• Content that sexualizes minors or promotes violence, terrorism, or self-harm
• Harassment, hate speech, or targeted intimidation
• Malware, phishing prompts, or attempts to extract other users' data

2. Prohibited Behavior

• Reverse-engineering, scraping, or automated bulk querying beyond documented use
• Reselling credits or AI outputs as if they were another provider's service
• Bypassing rate limits, credit costs, or authentication
• Sharing accounts across organizations without a business agreement

3. AI-Specific Rules

• Do not present AI-generated visa, medical, or legal information as professional advice
• Do not use outputs to impersonate real people or produce deceptive travel documents
• Verify safety-critical information (embassies, health authorities, insurers) before relying on it

4. Enforcement

Violations may lead to warning, credit reversal, suspension, or permanent termination. Serious or unlawful violations may be reported to the relevant authorities.
