Terms of Service

By creating an account or purchasing credits on Lightspace, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Lightspace is a pay-as-you-go marketplace for AI travel services. There are no subscriptions, trials, or auto-renewals. Access to services is unlocked by spending pre-purchased credits.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
3. Credits
- 1 credit = €0.10 (converted to USD, GBP, PLN at market rate at checkout)
- Minimum purchase: 50 credits (€5)
- Credits never expire while your account is active
- Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value outside the platform
- Bonus credits granted through promotions are subject to promotion terms
4. Orders and Payment
Orders enter a "pending payment" state until funds are received. Bank transfer is currently the only active method; card, PayPal, and Stripe are marked "coming soon". Bank details are emailed after order creation.
5. AI Output
AI-generated itineraries, tips, and visa information are provided for informational purposes only. Always verify with official sources (airlines, embassies, hotels) before making binding decisions.
6. Acceptable Use
You may not use the service unlawfully or to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or overwhelm it. See our Acceptable Use Policy.
7. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Unused, paid credits will be refunded pro-rata unless termination results from fraud or abuse.
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lightspace disclaims all implied warranties.
9. Limitation of Liability
Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid Lightspace in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union member state where Lightspace is established, without regard to conflict of law rules.
