Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident about every credit purchase.

1. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal (EU/UK)

Consumers in the EU and UK may request a full refund of any unused credits within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. Credits already spent on AI services are non-refundable because the digital service was delivered.

2. Bank Transfer Orders

If you paid by bank transfer and change your mind before funds arrive, simply do not send the transfer — the pending order will be cancelled automatically after 14 days. If funds have arrived, we will refund the full amount to the originating account within 10 business days.

3. Duplicate or Erroneous Charges

We refund duplicate charges and technical billing errors in full, regardless of the 14-day window.

4. Service Failures

If an AI service fails to return a valid result due to a platform error, the spent credits are automatically restored to your balance.

5. Bonus and Promotional Credits

Bonus credits (e.g. tier bonuses, promo codes) are not eligible for cash refunds — only the credits you paid for are refundable.

6. How to Request a Refund

Email [email protected] from the address associated with your account, including your order reference. We respond within 2 business days.

7. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback — most issues are resolved within a day.
